Lemongrass and Rose, which we particularly love for women. Lemongrass is great for the skin and to help with our menstrual cycle whilst Rose has varying health benefits, full of vitamin C & A and packed with antioxidants. This blend is relaxing and soothing on the tummy to assist with cramping and digestive issues.
Peppermint & Cacao, we love this as a morning blend. Peppermint is refreshing and a great energy booster also known for its abilities to ease digestive issues and headaches. Whilst Cacao is bursting with antioxidants and is a real mood booster. This tea has a beautiful chocolatey minty flavour.
